Aside from standard troubleshooting with your carrier and phone, here are some things to check to make sure you don't miss out:
- Save the drops number in your phone as a contact
- Check your filtered or blocked number list on your phone
- If you've recently updated your phone, please make sure all settings look correct
- Make sure you're in an area where there is coverage (peak times in major cities can also experience lag)
Our notifications support both iOS and Android. Please note, as our customer base is expanding daily, we do our best to make sure everyone receives the drop at the same time.
