We, unfortunately, don't have the capacity for phone support at this time. Identifying and resolving issues often requires a visual diagnosis. This may involve the exchange of photos, videos, diagrams, and troubleshooting guides that is not possible by phone. Some issues require us to coordinate with other teams and email is the best way to document the steps we have taken and hand off those cases if needed.
